Betsy Fantis, owner of Living Alfresco, was born in Minnesota. With her family, she moved to Miami – just in time to attend high school. She later graduated from FSU with a degree in Marketing, and returned to Miami, where she met her husband and raised a family.

Community is very important to Betsy. She is involved with many local organizations and charities. Entertaining family and friends is a favorite pastime, and it was her love of outdoor entertaining that led to the concept of Living Alfresco.

Since 2005, Living Alfresco has remained focused on its mission to use high quality furnishings to extend comfort and beauty to Miami residents’ outdoor spaces. After operating two separate outdoor boutique showrooms in Miami, Betsy now works directly with clients On-site to create unique outdoor spaces by appointment.
